Thursday’s 5 min Challenge
Wall Squat – while squatting with your back against the wall, hold this position for 5 min. Your legs should be bent at 90 degree angle and your back should be straight. I will warn you, after the first 30 seconds it will seem like you have been squatting forever! But as you have probably already proven to yourself this week….you are much stronger then you think.. : ) If you would like to increase the intensity, you can place a book on each one of your legs for extra weight.
GOAL: to complete the entire 5 minutes without standing.
